Another quickie…

I will be honest. The credit does not go to me for this question. I 're-used’ or ‘re-cycled’ this question from somewhere else.

Simply tell me: which company or organisation’s initial advertisements are these?

Happy identifying, and have a nice life, folks!

Five replies, and cracked.

Although I was looking for just the ‘Finnish Rubber Factory’, I will accept Nokia too. Further info in Rajiv’s comments.

  1. It is the initial advertisement of "Nokia". This particular advertisement is of "Nokian Footwear".

  2. Hello...
The company to which these print ads belong is Nokia..

  3. Nokia or more appropriately finnish rubber works limited

  4. Berner Ltd.

in 1966-1967, Suomen Kaapelitehdas (Finnish Cable Works), Suomen Gummi-tehdas (Finnish Rubber Works) & Nokia, a 100 year old wood grinding mill, were merged to form Nokia Corporation.

But in 1990, Nokian Footwear Ltd. founded, splitting from Nokia Corporation.

& in 2005, a Finnish company called Berner Ltd. acquires Nokian Footwear.

So, even though those ads were for the Suomen Gummi-tehdas which became Nokia Crporation, according to today those ads can be seen as the initial advertisements of Berner Ltd.
