    1. Tata Young sang a song - Moon River.
    2. Phoebe stands for : Permanent Human Moon Exploration base.
    3. Photon beam may pertain to NASA and Russia installing corner-cube prisms (or retro-reflector) array on the surface of the Moon
    4. Isro is planning to send a manned vehicle to Moon in 2014.
