QR – Cure – Quizzing Realms – 191

A dry one for the day.

In the world of literature, why do the following 50 words hold a special place?

a am and anywhere are be boat box car could dark do eat eggs fox goat good green ham here house I if in let like may me mouse not on or rain Sam say see so thank that the them there they train tree try will with would you

I want a very specific answer.

Happy quizzing, and have a nice life, folks!

PS: Check out the new post on my opinion blog. It’s my take on how almost all modern-day religions need to be restructured.

Just three answers, and they are correct too! These are the 50 words that children’s fiction author Dr Seuss used to write an entire book! The book was called Green Eggs and Ham. He did it on a dare with his publisher, and later collected a certain amount of money for winning the bet!

  1. these are the only 50 words used by Dr Seuss in his Green Eggs and Ham book

  2. these were the 50 words used in Green Ham and Eggs by Dr. Seuss

  3. These fifty words (only) have been used to write two children's story books, "Green Eggs and Ham" and "The Cat in the Hat" by Theodor Seuss Geisel (Dr. Seuss).

Post your answers here. Wait for them to be moderated, which will take a day or two to be done.
