A visually easy one for the day…

The X Statix was a fictional team of mutant superheroes in Marvel Comics. They were used to make satirical and parodic jibes at comic lovers, and consisted of mostly pop stars and reality TV contestants as characters.

However, the unused cover shown above featured someone else, and when news of this leaked out, the creators of the comics had to change the character to a fictional singing star, and this cover was never used. Who is the person featured in this cover?
