Yes, this is indeed Khurram Syed Sher, the Canadian Idol contestant of 2008, who tried by singing a song by Avril Lavigne and trying out a moonwalk! This doctor was recently arrested in Canada as part of Operation Samosa...

I hope that the Sher hint might have helped, and Shah Jahan was also called Khurram.

  1. The connect is Dr. Khurram Syed Sher, who was arrested recently on terrorism charges as a part of "Project Samosa". He also performed Avril Lavigne's "Complicated" with a moonwalk during the 6th season of the TV reality show Canadian Idol in 2008.
