Only one response, and Nandini is correct with her part of the answer. These are indeed Rene Goscinny and Albert Uderzo. This is a self comic, conceptualised, drawn and worded by them, to describe how they came up with the idea for Asterix, and how they reacted to it!
I thought that Asterix’s face in the first two panels and the CRASH, BOOM, TCHAC in the conversation bubbles would have been a dead giveaway!
These guys are Uderzo and Goscinny... but i really dunno what they're up to
