Cracked after googling.
Yes, these are the first 10 issues of Amar Chitra Katha. All of these were reprints of Disney Comics. The 11th was Krishna, which was the first authentically Indian comic in ACK. Hence ACK 11 is often referred to as the first fully Indian comic!
As for Paddy’s request to post un-google-able questions, here’s my opinion. It really doesn’t matter if a person is googling the answer or not. Just the fact that he googled for it shows that he is interested, and due to the nature of these questions, he is now HOOKED! That was what we had always asked for, isn’t it?
However I request Arkadevji to Post "Non-Googlable Questions", wherin nobdy should get the answer even after googling...
ReplyDeleteI got the answer Via Google..so I m not posting it...But I must say that this is "Question of Questions"....Amazing..Fantastic..!!
ReplyDeleteAfter knowing the answer I feel ki This is something we should have known...!!!
start of Amar Chitra Katha series 1 KRISHNA. It was started to educate abt indian culture. (I want to subscribe for this) ... Good question. (I googled the answer)
ReplyDeleteThese are the first ten comics from Amar Chitra Katha.....these were the only western fairy tale titles from ACK.....from 1969 (Krishna) all the titles released by ACK wer all indian stories....
ReplyDeleteEven googling is an art of finding correct answers, not cheating as long as you are using internet. Afterall, what is google made of... and what is internet without search sites.
