Five answers, and all correct. This is the logo of the Telluride Foundation in Colorado, USA, which claims that the logo of the 2016 Rio Olympics has been plagiarised from theirs!

    This is the logo of Telluride Foundation. It was in the news recently because it is alleged that the logo of Rio 2016 Olympic Games is plagiarized from this one.
