Time to crack open some of the tougher questions, I think.
Given above is the artist’s impression of a certain fictional character from a Russian version of a literary masterpiece. This character is much in discussion these days. But this is not the first time he/she has been part of such fame/notoriety. It happened a little more than a decade ago too! Identify the character and the book/novel/story/play he or she belongs to.
