Try this one.

The gentleman highlighted by the red circle was a celebrity responder to the 9/11 attacks, and worked tirelessly with the search and rescue teams on the ground. He clearly did not want any publicity out of it, and hence, this is probably the clearest photo of him we have from the day. Identify him.
