Just asked this one in an entertainment quiz.

What is special about this hand-drawn picture? Sorry for the low resolution.

Twelve answers, and only half of them are correct. Nevertheless, I gotta give something to all those who identified the Tintin bit at least. This is actually the last panel of Tintin and Alph-Art drawn by Herge.
