Eight replies, but only six of them are correct, and even then partially so. This is indeed the Quadruple Bypass Burger, an offering by a US eatery called the Heart Attack Grill. As many have mentioned in the replies, this is indeed an unhealthy burger, whose long-term consumption can lead to heart failure. But the “claim to fame” I was looking for is actually Guinness World Records calling it the “world’s most calorific burger”. Yes, it’s official!
